How long will it take to get my order? 

Once your order has been placed, it will usually take between 7-14 business days to arrive at your doorstep.  If you have still not received your order and 3 weeks have passed from the the shipping date, please contact us via email at info@techybitz.com and we will do the best we can to assist and follow up with the courier.  We ship orders on Mondays - Fridays, and do not operate on public holidays. 

Duties/Customs fees

Some countries may charge import duties and taxes or other random fees.  Where possible we cover these additional costs from our side but do not always have control over this and in some instances fees may still apply.  We suggest you double check what fees are applicable in your country before you order and reach out to us by email if you want to confirm there will be no additional fees prior to ordering as these are country specific.  IOSS charges for EU shipments are covered by us.

Will my order be tracked? 

Yes, you will receive a tracking number from each of your orders and it will be traceable once it has been dispatched so you know exactly what is happening with it during transit.

Shipping internationally outside of the U.S.

We offer international shipping at no extra cost, although depending on your country, customs charges may apply.  If you have any questions regarding your country's policies on customs, please contact and ask your local post office.

Lost/Stolen Packages

Techy Bitz is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777).  Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.
