Returns

SUMMARY

We try out best to ensure you will absolutely love your items but understand that sometimes items need to be returned for a variety of reasons.
Refunds will only be accepted on faulty / damaged items.
We accept returns for an exchange or store credit within 60 days of you receiving the product if the item is in original condition (unused with all the packaging intact).
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back without being instructed to do so.

REFUND POLICY

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days depending on your payment merchant. 

 
PENDING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please do the following: 

  1. Double check your accounts as the funds may have been refunded elsewhere.
  2. Contact your credit card company/bank/paypal, in case there is something else going on which they can only see on their end.
  3. Wait another business day in case it goes through late.
