How long will it take to get my order?
Don't worry it's coming! Once your order has been placed, it will usually take between 1-3 weeks to arrive at your doorstep. If you do not receive anything from us after 4 weeks, please contact via email and we will do the best we can to help. We ship orders on Mondays - Fridays, and do not operate on public holidays.
Some countries may charge import duties and taxes or other random fees. UPS may also charge handling fees for processing your parcel through customs. Sorry, we have no control over this and it's your responsibility to pay for any fees. We suggest you find out what fees are applicable in your country before you order.
Will my order be tracked?
Yes, You will receive a tracking number from each of your orders and it will be trackable once it has been dispatched so you know exactly what is happening with it during transit.
Shipping internationally outside of the U.S.
We offer international shipping at no extra cost, although depending on your country, customs charges may apply. All fees are the responsibility of the package recipient. If you have any questions regarding your country's policies on customs, please contact and ask your local post office.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.
